How long will this course take?
The Rejection Gym is designed to take you 14 weeks, roughly 100 days.
There are 14 video lessons, plus 100 reps–or rejection attempts–for you to complete. 100 days might sound daunting but this is a go at your own pace course, meaning there won’t be certain class time or office hours but you will still be required to go through the lessons and perform your daily reps. You can go through the content as slowly or quickly as you’d like, but you’ll benefit from the course if you stick with one video lesson per week and one rejection rep per day.
How often am I supposed to do rejection reps?
We created the daily rejection reps to supplement each weekly lesson. This means you will be required to go out and perform one daily rejection rep. Each rejection rep should take anywhere from a few minutes to a half hour. The goal of the reps is to continually push you outside of your comfort zone.
How can I track my progress?
Make sure and click “complete” at the bottom of each lesson. This will keep your progress bar (located on the right side of your screen) updated at all times. This way you can feel progress as you work your way through both the rejection gym and your daily reps.
Can I upgrade to the VIP level if I already bought normal level?
Yes! Email Heath at email@example.com to upgrade to receive more one on one help as you work your way through the rejection gym.
Is there an end date for the course?
No! You have unlimited, lifetime access to the Rejection Gym. As I add new material and videos, I’ll let you know. Welcome to the fearless life.
Is Rejection Gym refundable?
If you work through the course and aren’t satisfied with your results, I’d be happy to refund your money and sad to see you leave.
